"What's your warranty policy?"

First, a one-word update on our first two weeks of operation: awesome!

I couldn't be more thrilled with the reception our gloves are getting so far. The reviews are excellent (scroll down on the product page to read them) and it looks like people are totally getting what we're trying to do, which is to offer a perfect blend of comfort and protection in a street or light touring scenario. 

So someone over at ADVrider asked about Ville Motogear's warranty. I realize that I still need to write up a formal policy on the site. Look for it to be finalized this week, but let me take a stab at it here.

Since this is a new product/company and we're technically the manufacturer (the factory in Sialkot is merely following orders), we'll be very lenient should any issue arise with your gloves. I personally inspect every pair before sending them out and would not ship any that showed stitching issues or even minor cosmetic blemishes. Those will get flagged and they'll never reach the customer.

This is version 1.0 of our product and we will stand behind it. In other words, should you experience any manufacturing issue with your gloves, I will send out a new pair for free. It doesn't matter if it happens tomorrow or 2 years from now. Manufacturers usually do not cover wear and tear, but again, we're the new kids on the block and we want to establish ourselves, so unless we see a clear sign that you took an x-acto knife to your gloves, we'll send out another pair free of charge.
